The holy month of Ramadan begins on May 17th 2018. During this month, Muslims observe fasting from sunrise to sunset, and residents of Dubai of all faiths and culture play a role in a promoting a culture of giving to the less fortunate and giving back to the community, in line with the spirit of Ramadan, and spend time with family and on self-reflection. Out of respect for those who are fasting, eating and drinking is prohibited in public areas across the emirates.
Reduced school hours have been announced by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), along with UAE Labor Law announcement of reduced work hours. Maple Bear Burj will be operating at reduced hours in line with the requirements announced by these regulatory bodies. Our official Ramadan hours are 8:30 am - 1:30 pm Sunday through Thursday.
